I saw Tom Waits last night and it was amazing! It took me a while to find a date, but eventually I found one – Greg M – and was set to go. I left work early and got home, lightening changed, and zoom off we drove to the Tabernacle. The line to get in, wrapped around the parking lot and looked about 45 minutes long, I finally though to find out whether I had priority entry, due to buying my tickets from the label, and woosh we were inside. Our seats were stage left and first row balcony, it was awesome. The show started about 50 minutes late to get everyone inside and the Tom Waits began, and time vanished. Two hours later and I left the building.
