So I made the bunny cake – from the previous post – and wow, it turned out just like the recipe! It was exciting to see it taking shape, I have never made something that elaborate. The hardest thing was the icing, I bought an icing applicator, and it worked! The cake turned out very dense and sweet, and the butter cream icing was also very sweet, so it was a rich dense cake. I then took it to work and had it demolished by the customers and staff.
